PROCEEDINGS OF THE AIRPORT DISTRICT, PARISH OF BEAUREGARD, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TAKEN AT REGULAR MEETING, NOVEMBER 4, 2004.

The Beauregard Airport District Board met in Regular Session on Thursday, November 4, 2004 at 5:00 P.M.  The following Board Members were present:  Hollis Ray O'Neal, Chairman; R.M. Simmons and Wayne Hall.  Those absent were: Hugh DuBose, Elton Pickering, Secretary/Treasurer; Eugene Loftin and Karl St. Romain.  Also present were: John B. Jones, III, Airport Manager and Mr. Jody Campbell.

Mr. O'Neal opened the meeting and noted that there was not a quorum present.  Therefore, the meeting was cancelled and would be rescheduled at a later date.

Mr. O'Neal did recognize Mr. Jody Campbell who wished to address those present.  Mr. Campbell then expressed his appreciation to the Airport Board and Staff for their assistance and cooperation while hosting the World War II Memorial Dedication Ceremonies to honor all World War II Veterans.  He then presented the board with an impressive wall display plaque to express that appreciation.  The board members thanked Mr. Campbell and expressed their interest in supporting Mr. Campbell on future activities.

The meeting was then adjourned.
