Company hours are 8:00-4:30-Their room is available only if it is not being used by the company, during those hours. After hours, it may be used by special arrangement. Seating capacity is 60 persons. Those meeting must leave room as it was. Those who have children are encouraged to not bring them. There have been problems, in the past. If room is used after hours, a staff person will be on hand.

Will allow Chartered Civic Organizations to meet free, but if Auditorium is used the charge is $50.00. Other persons are charged. There are 2 rooms that seat 25 persons or less that rent for $15.00. There are 2 rooms with a seating capacity of 60, that rent for $35.00. Private use of the Auditorium is $100.00. Please call to make arrangements.

Their meeting room is not available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00-2:00, as it is already booked up by other clubs. Any other time, check with DaNita Paul for availability and pricing.

Ryan's Family Steakhouse-462-1122

Call first, to give information about the number of people, time, whether eating or not. A group may use room and not eat, but room must be left the same as it was when leaving. If your group decides to eat, a % gratuity is added to the bill for the servers.

Call church office first. Rooms are rented to civic groups, corporations, etc. Charge will depend on type of activity and number of people involved.

Chamber of Commerce-463-5533-Frances Jouban

Room is free to any Chamber Member, affiliated with other organizations, who want to use it for that purpose. Seating capacity is approximately 35. There is a private entrance and parking in the rear. There are bathroom facilities (no handicapped.) There is a coffee urn, supplies must be furnished, however. Room must be left as it was found.

Small groups may rent this space for $25.00. Larger groups from 60-70 people may rent space for $40.00. This space has tables and chairs , bathroom facilities, and parking. Typed instructions are posted concerning cleanup, etc.

Cottage Restaurant-462-6550-Barbara Vodicka

Two rooms are available for meetings. Small room will seat 10-15, larger room will seat 54 people. If persons eat, there is no charge for the rooms, if they do not, the cost is $50.00 for the cleanup. Please call Owner/manager Barbara Vodicka, for further information

August 1, renovations of City Hall are expected to be completed. They will have several meeting rooms available, at no charge. Check with them later. They are just too unsettled right now to have meetings there.

Shriner's Temple-462-6086-W. H. Scarborough

This is a large facility that will seat 350-400 people, has kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The fee for rental is $300.00 per night. is negotiable. It is not rented during the summer months because of air-conditioning problems. Please call during the evening hours, person works in Lake Charles.

The council room is available during business hours 8:00-5:00, at no charge. Persons wishing to meet must check with Mayor Hudson at the above mentioned number.

Large room available, nine to ten tables, 52 chairs, kitchen and two bathrooms. Fee charged except by special permission. $20.00 deposit and $50.00 rental. Call above number for reservations.

Lion's Club-East Beauregard-463-3559-Don Gray

This building can be rented to almost anyone. There are approximately 80 chairs, 7 tables. There is a sink, refrigerator, and stove as well as bathroom facilities. It rents for $50.00 per day, with a $25.00 cleaning deposit, which is refunded if left in good shape. It is air-conditioned.

Masonic Hall-Sugartown-328-7212-Mr. Leo Garner

Church or civic groups are allowed to meet, based on the approval of Mr. Garner. There can be no political activities on the premises. Their facility can hold approximately 60 people. There are bathroom and kitchen facilities available. He will submit further, what he wants to say, by March 29th.

Baptist Encampment-328-7531-Mr. Iles or Diane

This facility, located at Dry Creek, has several meeting rooms available. There is the dining hall which will seat 225 approximately. The Tabernacle, which seats 500. Two meeting rooms will seat approximately 50. There are bathroom and kitchen facilities available. Meals are available , also. A nominal fee is charged. This is a religious organization who does not cater to political activities and has a strict policy that does not allow alcohol consumption on the premises

Shady Grove Church Building-463-3559-Don Gray

This is a fairly large building with lots of parking. There is no A/C but there are fans. It is well suited for reunions. There is a sink and a refrigerator as well as tables there. Mr. Gray sort of approves on an individual basis, but there can be no dancing or alcohol consumed on the premises. It rents for $35.00 per day and must be left clean, by those using it.
