The daily limit is 2 hours. The program applies that on a weekly basis so
that each patron has 14 hours (actually 15 to allow for sign on and off)
to be used over the whole week, and the time 'rolls over' on Sunday
morning. If a patron uses all 14 hours on Sunday, he/she will be
automatically cut off until the time again rolls over the following
Sunday.
We can not do anything to 'fix' the your
problem. There is no way to turn on a patron's account until the Sunday
roll over date arrives. You will still be able to log on in a library lab to
pick up email, do research, etc. It is only the dialup access that will
not work until the Sunday roll over time.
